Stopped Microgynon 30 around 18 months ago in preparation for trying to conceive. Uses OTC benzoyl peroxide for acne.

TFTs and prolactin within range. LH 14 IU/L, FSH 5 IU/L; total testosterone 4.5 nmol/L (raised); SHBG 35 nmol/L; HbA1c 41 mmol/mol (normal). Pelvic USS: bilateral polycystic-appearing ovaries.
Family History
Mother has T2DM diagnosed age 48. Older sister has irregular cycles.
